It’s Easter time and one of the first countries making plans to celebrate the holiday is Brazil. On 15 April 2017, the regular Saturday night Dupla Sena draw will be replaced by Dupla de Páscoa, which translates as Easter Double. This special event will offer a guaranteed R$20 million jackpot (approximately $6 million).
The Dupla de Páscoa jackpot must be won in the draw. If no tickets match the six numbers drawn, the prize money rolls down to winning tickets in the next highest prize division.
The Dupla Sena draws scheduled for April 8th, 11th, and 13th will not take place, building up the suspense ahead of the special draw. Dupla de Páscoa lottery tickets can be purchased starting Friday 7 April.
To play Brazil’s Dupla Sena online, all you have to do is select 6 numbers from a guess range of 1 to 50. Dupla Sena increases your chances of winning by drawing two different sets of numbers in each draw. There are four prize categories. If your six numbers match the drawn numbers, you will win the Dupla Sena jackpot.
